LONG-TERM CONTRACTS
Upon signing the contract the first and the last month have to be paid as well as one month as deposit.
SHORT-TERM CONTRACTS
Upon reserving 20% of the total deposit
60 days before arrival 30% of the total amount
30 days before arrival 100% of the rest plus a security deposit equivalent to one week
PENALIZATIONS FOR CANCELLATIÓNS
91 days before arrival: Returning of the deposit
90 to 31 days before arrival: Keeping of the deposit (20%)
30 - 20 days before arrival: 50%
19 - 1 days before arrival 100%
