According to the new P.G.O.U., Municipal Building Plan of Marbella, initially approved, the plot of land on which La Villa de Rio Verde (6.170 m2) is situated, has been reassessed as an "Urban" plot of land, and can be divided into plots of a minimum surface of 1.000 m2. Assuming that this new plan will be definitely ratified, as supposed in the initial assessment, the plot of land will have better edification suitability and can be divided as follows:

4 plots of ............................. 1.000 m2 (25% of edification suitability)
